Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
1. The service
Vynl Vision (“the Platform”) is shop-management software for sign, print and vehicle-wrap businesses (“the Shop”, “you”). It runs quotes, orders, production jobs, invoices and customer communication on your behalf. These terms are between the Platform and the Shop; your own customers are governed by your agreements with them.
2. Your account and your team
The owner who accepts an invitation is responsible for everyone they invite. Each person must have their own login; sharing logins is not permitted. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your workspace.
3. Your data
Everything you enter — customers, quotes, jobs, invoices, files — belongs to the Shop. It is stored in an isolated workspace: another shop on the Platform cannot read or change it. The Platform accesses it only to operate the service, to support you at your request, and as required by law. You may request a complete export of your data at any time, and on termination.
4. Communications sent on your behalf
The Platform sends email and text messages to your customers at your direction (quotes, proofs, reminders, receipts) and under your name. You are responsible for having the right to contact those people and for the content of templates you configure. Messages are sent from a sending domain you verify with the Platform; until then they go out from the Platform’s own domain.
5. Vehicle outlines and other licensed content
Vehicle outline templates are licensed per shop by their vendor. Files you upload must be ones your Shop is licensed to use. Any outline library made available to you by the Platform operator is subject to the vendor’s license terms, and the operator’s attestation is recorded when it is enabled for your workspace.
6. Fees, trials and suspension
Where a subscription applies, fees are billed in advance for the plan you choose. A trial that ends without a subscription, or a subscription that lapses, places the workspace in a paused state: nothing is deleted, but sign-in is blocked until it is reactivated. The Platform may also suspend a workspace for abuse or non-payment on notice.
7. Termination and export
Either side may end the agreement on notice. On termination you may request an export of your data; the Platform may delete the workspace’s data after a reasonable retention period.
8. Warranty and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the Platform’s liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the Shop in the twelve months before the claim, and the Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Changes
These terms may change; material changes are notified in the app and continued use after the notice is acceptance.
